Woody was established in August 1985 by a group of experienced, motivated and professional young people. Elias El Kareh, who still head the company today, successfully blending specific technical expertise and know-how with an entrepreneurial approach in absolute harmony with the social and economic changes of the MENA region.

Woody is now one of the fully equipped factories of wood furniture and decoration in Lebanon, rich in its skilled wood craftsmen personnel. The company has always based its vision on the search for quality by updating its machines and by using high quality materials to provide customers with maximum reliability.

Woody dedicates its creative and productive resources to the parallel and complementary activity of a large residential and commercial projects using the highest ethical standards and integrity.
Woody was able in a short period of time, to secure their market share and gain the confidence of their customers by ensuring for each project a smooth development process and an excellent service.

During the difficult years 1985-1992, Woody achieved many important sites for well-reputed contractors such as Khayat Joueidi – Ajam, Abniah Engineering & Contracting, Ober Moyen-Orient, BMC Construction, Malkia Construction Co. and many others.
All turnkey projects were executed in full conformity with required specifications and time limitation.

Woody has been heavily involved in the executions of projects for very well-known architect and interior design companies which we could name Bureau d’Études Jean-Claude Malhame, Jean-Louis Mainguy, R-J Muller, Serge Brunst, Antoine Tabet, Abboud Homsi, Saade-Baba Conception, Gisele & Fadi Adib, Hanan Masri, and many others.
